Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping time varies dependent on manufacturer - please review shipping information with each product. Most orders ship within 3 weeks of your order date. You will receive an email notification with a UPS Tracking Number when your order has been shipped.

Damages:  Please inspect your order immediately and contact us immediately if your furniture has arrived damaged.  We will work with you to rectify the situation.  If an item can be easily repaired, we typically can ship the needed parts to you very quickly.

Cancellations:  You may cancel any order at any time before it ships.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, if not, we will refund your money.


Returns and Refunds

Many of our manufacturers do not accept returns. Due to the customized nature of these products and the difficulty with shipping, returns can be uneconomical. Please review the return information listed with each product before purchasing.

For those manufacturers that accept returns, the following information applies. All returns must be in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a full refund. Please contact us by telephone or email to get a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address. Please be sure to insure the full value of your return.

Include your Full Name, Street Address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return.  When you have shipped the item to us, please email your tracking number to: orders@wickercentral.com.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the credit card used to purchase it. Return shipping charges are not refundable (except in the case of incorrect or defective items).

Incorrect or Defective Items
If we sent you an incorrect or defective item, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will gladly replace the item or refund your payment. We will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us for replacement.
